We at Sievers JCB continue to try and keep up with the rapidly changing environment as related to COVID-19. Sievers JCB will remain open to support our customers. Our sales staff, parts personnel, and service technicians will be here throughout this time to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
That said, the safety of our employees is paramount, and we have decided to implement the following changes, effective immediately:
Beginning Monday, March 23rd, all of our 7 locations in Illinois and Missouriwill be closed to walk-in customers.
Our parts departments will deliver parts to your vehicle when you arrive or set parts outside for you to pick up. Call ahead and call when you arrive.
If you are visiting one of our locations to pick up or drop off your lawn care equipment,
please call ahead and then when you arrive and someone will come out to you to assist.
New and used equipment sales can be handled via phone and e-mail and all of our inventory is available at www.SieversEquipment.com
We expect the work in our service shops to continue, uninterrupted. Please contact our service departments by phone, or e-mail.
If our technicians are required to make a service call to work on your equipment, please observe the social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet.
This is a fluid situation and will be updated as things progress and as we learn more
information from health care officials. We will continue with this temporary change, until
health care officials and the CDC recommend otherwise.
