Duration of Coverage

  • JCB Yellow Shield will provide up to 10,000 hours of cover, enabling the protection to match your servicing requirements. You can purchase JCB Yellow Shield protection during the first 6 months of machine ownership from new, and can transfer ownership. JCB Yellow Shield travels with the machine until coverage expires.

All Around Peace of Mind

  • JCB Yellow Shield is valid while your machine is regularly serviced from new by an authorized JCB dealer, with quality JCB servicing and the full protection of JCB Yellow Shield offering all-around peace of mind for your entire fleet of JCB machines.

What’s Protected?

  • There are three coverage options available for your new equipment; Full Machine, Major Component & Power Train – you simply decide which option best suits your needs and budget. Our most comprehensive ‘Full Machine’ level of cover offers bumper to bumper protection against defects attributable to faulty materials or workmanship for an agreed extended hourly coverage period measured from zero clock hours, up to a maximum of 5 years from new

  • JCB Yellow Shield is an asset, which can help increase the eventual resale value and it is possible to transfer this cover on the first initial sale through your JCB dealer.

Sievers JCB will remain open to support our customers.  Our sales staff, parts personnel, and service technicians will be here throughout this time to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.

That said, the safety of our employees is paramount, and we have decided to implement the following changes, effective immediately:

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, all of our 7 locations in Illinois and Missouriwill be closed to walk-in customers.

 Our parts departments will deliver parts to your vehicle when you arrive or set parts outside for you to pick up. Call ahead and call when you arrive.

 If you are visiting one of our locations to pick up or drop off your lawn care equipment,

please call ahead and then when you arrive and someone will come out to you to assist.

 New and used equipment sales can be handled via phone and e-mail and all of our inventory is available at www.SieversEquipment.com

 We expect the work in our service shops to continue, uninterrupted. Please contact our service departments by phone, or e-mail.

 If our technicians are required to make a service call to work on your equipment, please observe the social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet.

This is a fluid situation and will be updated as things progress and as we learn more

information from health care officials. We will continue with this temporary change, until

health care officials and the CDC recommend otherwise.
